What Homzy does

Homzy connects customers with independent local professionals for home services. Homzy is operated by Hommely, a Canadian-owned business based in Loretto, Ontario.

Independent pros

Pros on Homzy are independent businesses or self-employed individuals, not Homzy employees. Each pro is responsible for their own work, tools, licences, taxes and insurance where required.

Quotes and payment

Every job starts with a free quote. Work is only booked after you accept the price. Payment details are included with your quote, in CAD in Canada or COP in Colombia.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as soon as possible if your plans change. Your quote includes your pro's change and cancellation terms.

Your information

We collect only what you send us: your name, contact details and request. We share your request only with the pro matched to your job, and we never sell your information. Ask us to delete your information at any time through the contact options below.

Problems with a job

If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with you and your pro to fix it.
